Honestly, we shouldn’t consider car ownership a “normal” thing in 10- 20 years in even A merican cities. The benefits of shared cars, where possible, are very good.

I think these benefits are slightly far away, but I’m fairly certain they’ll come.

On the other hand, the Vegas Strip makes perfect sense for self-driving transportation pods. Traffic is horrible, everyone is drunk, and walking sucks because it’s too hot/cold/dry all the time.
